Task 3
Robotic Environmental Conservation
A program combining Robotics with Environmental Conservation would allow students to be able to gain a sense of not only mechanical engineering and environmental science, but how mechanical engineering can be used to improve environmental conditions. Most high schools offer lower and upper level courses in computer science, engineering, biology, environmental science, etc. However, it is very rare to find a course offered that combines a physical science to a life science. This program would be versatile because it can utilize a specific focus of applications of robotic devices to reduce pollution, increase environmental awareness, improve qualities, and make the world a better place. The program would show students how to reach their potential in this new field. Given the science knowledge available in our century today, this program would fully be plausible to execute.
